Are Co-Coaches like Co-Pilots? 

Yes. Co-pilots learn while working as assistants in the cockpit of an airplane along side the primary pilot.

Similarly, Co-Coaches learn while working  as interns in our Virtual Classroom along side Miss NebSa.

Furthermore, Co-Coaches are also like flight attendants because they make sure people have everything they need for a comfortable journey. The destination for learners in our community is certification.

That's why practicing to teach our system as a co-coaching interns is an ideal way to learn...  and also earn. 

We'll pay interns an hourly educational stipend for writing comments and answering questions while guiding members  through our online curriculum.

When left to learn in isolation, the vast majority of people either don't finish courses, or can't apply the information in real life situations.

You are responsible for canceling yourself when you wish to stop auto payments.

You'll see the self cancel tab in the menu of the member's area. 

We are unable to issue refunds after the three day trial period, because our affiliate marketing partners deserve to keep their refer-a-friend rewards. 

 

Always learn at your own pace, however there are some general timelines.

LEVEL ONE COMMUNITY LEARNING RESOURCES:

~ Self paced and ongoing

~ Outcomes depend on application. 

 

LEVEL TWO INTRO COURSE: Part 1

~ Ten self paced lessons to complete in a week or two. 

~ Learning outcomes are at least three times more sales. 

 

LEVEL THREE INTRO COURSE: Parts 1 & 2

~ Twenty self paced lessons to complete in a month or so. 

~ Learning outcomes are six times more sales, depending on how well you stick to the system and scripts. 

 

LEVEL FOUR  COMMUNITY CO-COACHING COHORTS 

~ 1-2 hours a day five days a week is the  workload for co-coaching in our virtual classroom and social media. 

~ Educational leadership s tipends are available for 20 to 40 hours a month.

~ VoiceThread coaching sessions are self paced, and to be completed within 3 months. 

~ Learning outcomes range from three times to nine times sales increase depending on length and application of study.

~ Community Co-Coaches also earn a percentage sales commissions (aka Refer-A-Friend Rewards) when they use our affiliate marketing links to recruit and track the payments of new members.

 

LEVEL FIVE TRAIN-THE-TRAINER CERTIFICATION  APPRENTICESHIP

~ The apprenticeship involves maintaining all the activities of community co-coaching. 

~ Apprentices get group and individual coaching from Miss NebSa

~ The outcomes are...

1. Getting hired to digitally train the sales teams of companies internationally. 

2. Conducting online webinars and workshops

3. Leading vendor teams at live events (optional).

 

MINIMUM TIMELINE IS 6 MONTHS

Level 3 = 1 month or longer

Level 4 =  3 months or longer

Level 5 = 2 months or longer 

 

THE MINIMUM TUITION IS $5,000

for two certification scholarships including the hourly stipends paid to Intern Coaches and Apprentice Trainers. 

Cohorts for coaching groups of Intern coaches and trainer apprentices start at the beginning of each quarter in January, April, July and October.

Vendors need time to apply what they've learned and come back to get feedback from coaches in the community chats.
