I'm a natural born teacher.

For as long as I can remember, since childhood, I've been developing practical skills, and showing people how to do the same. 

Life has taught me a few things that I consider to be fundamental truths about learning, coaching, teaching and training. 

  • We learn better together when assisting each other.

  • Everybody's life purpose is service to help others.

  • Great sales-ability is a generous service mindset.

Applying these ideas raises the standard and quality of education at 'The Village To Vendor Academy'.

Mutual support is the foundation of this Sales Training Alliance. 

It takes a village to train vendors because our vendor trainers need a learning community where they can interact with learners and practice their teaching skills.

Community Co-Coaching is when our interns and apprentices receive stipends for peer coaching together as a group cohort.

Are Co-Coaches like Co-Pilots? 

Yes. Co-pilots learn while working as assistants along side the primary pilot, in the cockpit of an airplane. 

Similarly, Co-Coaches learn while working as interns along side Miss NebSa in our Virtual Classroom .

Furthermore, Co-Coaches are also like flight attendants because they make sure travelers get all the support they need for a comfortable journey.

The destination for learners in our co-coaching community is certification. 

 

 

What are the Fundamental Principles of Our

CO-COACHING COMMUNITY?

 

TEACHING IS CONSIDERED THE BEST WAY TO LEARN.

That's why practicing to teach our system is an ideal way for interns to learn...  and also earn. 

We pay interns an hourly co-coaching stipend for writing comments and answering questions while guiding members through our online curriculum. 

COURSES INFORM ~ COMMUNITY COACHING TRANSFORMS.

When left to learn in isolation, the vast majority of people either don't finish courses, or can't apply the information in real life situations. 

What they need is co-coaching in our interactive learning community where they get individualized attention and encouragement in a group setting. 

Our members develop critical communication skills through role play to practice sales scripts.  It's similar to rehearsing in theatre with an audience.  The pursuit of expertise is fueled through feedback from peers during practice sessions on Zoom.

There's power in surrounding yourself with like minded people on the same path and pursuit to becoming masterful vendor trainers.

TWO INTRO COURSES, RESOURCES AND UNLIMITED COMMUNITY CO-COACHING

 

Time commitment is between 2-5 hours a week.

PHASE 1 LEARNING OUTCOMES

The proficiencies can expect upon completion.

During the first month, members will acquire information through lessons and quizzes to understand...

  • Top Ten Selling Mistakes
  • Top Ten Sales Strategies

During the second month, members will be expected to start applying this information when vending. 

Phase one introduces scripts and strategies for connecting with shoppers. 

Our Friday Freestyle Script Sessions put a lot of emphasis on...

1. Customizing scripting templates for specific businesses. 

2. Practice saying sales hooks aloud.

A vendor's ability to triple sales depends a lot on their mindset. 

By the end of phase 1, members will no longer behave like shopkeepers and start talking like pro vendors. 

Knowing exactly what to say and do will boost their self esteem and confidence. 

  • We believe that affiliate marketing that pays sales commissions is the best way to compensate members for recruiting new members. 
  • We pay each member a percentage of the monthly payments made by any new member they invite to join. 

PHASE 2

 Co-Coaching

INTERNSHIP

PRACTICE TEACHING OUR SYSTEM TO OUR MEMBERS.

 

2 - 3 Month Internship.

Cohorts Start in January,

April, July and October.

 

WEEKLY LESSONS & GROUP COACHING,

PLUS LEADERSHIP DISCUSSION FORUM

 

 

*Time commitment is between 5 and 10 hours a week. 

 

 

We believe that teaching is the best way to learn.

Interns get the opportunity to  co-coach as assistant teachers.

They guide and support other members through the curriculum. 

PHASE 2 LEARNING OUTCOMES

AFTER COMPLETING THE COURSES IN PHASE 1, and upgrading to Phase 2...

Interns are qualified to co-coach and recruit clients inside the virtual classroom.

They are able to answer questions and write comments and guide others through the courses and resources they have already completed. 

That includes community chats, discussion forums, Voicethreads, Facebook group and blog.

Interns are not certified to coach outside the virtual classroom, but are encouraged to practice coaching when the opportunity arises. 

We use the freelancer platform called UPWORK to track the keystrokes and hours interns spend co-coaching in our virtual classroom. 

Inters can earn up to $100 a week in stipends for co-coaching.  

This weekly group coaching on Thursdays  is very comprehensive and takes a deeper dive into the same top ten topics as the introductory courses. 

Upon completion, cohort of interns will be informed of how to handle almost all situations that typically arise when vending and training vendor teams. 

Of course, true mastery requires years of practice. 

By the end of 3 month internship, Phase 2 members will be able to facilitate the introductory courses and the masterclasses. 


PHASE 3

Sales Team Trainer

APPRENTICESHIP

GET CERTIFIED TO BUILD AND TRAIN VENDOR SALES TEAMS

Starts after Phase Two 

1 - 2 Months Required. 

Scheduled with Mentor 

*Time commitment is between 2 and 5 hours a week. 

     

PHASE 3 LEARNING OUTCOMES

WHEN APPRENTICES COMPLETE PHASE 3, they get certified lead sales teams for their own businesses, clients and employers. 

Since the purpose of the apprenticeship is to  transform vendors into team leaders and  sales trainers, we give them compensation while they practice getting clients or teammates into our virtual classroom.  

 

  • We believe that affiliate marketing that pays sales commissions is the best way to compensate members for recruiting new members. 
  • We pay each member a percentage of the monthly payments made by any new member they invite to join. 

  

Our Goal is True Transformation

While Receiving Compensation.

  • Our graduates don't have to build teams on their own, unless they want to. 
  • We group coach each other's teams inside the virtual classroom.
  • In case of the unexpected (like technical breakdowns), it's helpful to have backup coaches cover for you, and engage teams when you can't be in the virtual classroom. 

During Phase 3, Apprentices are coached on how to present on Zoom.  

They can license the slides for

  • Vendor Talk Tuesday Workshops
  • Welcome Wednesday Webinars

'The Village To Vendor Academy' occasionally hires certified graduates to substitute teach for Miss NebSa.

'The Village To Vendor Academy' aspires to duplicate and license this entire website to branch partners. 

The 'franchise-like' agreement starts with certification.

Phase One is self paced for 1-2 months.

Start anytime at your own convenience.  

 

Phase Two is scheduled for 3 months.

It's best to start the group coaching sessions with the rest of the cohort at the beginning of the quarter in January, April, July and October.

However, it's possible (but not ideal) to learn independently with videos if you decide to start earlier or later.

Phase #3 is scheduled over 1-2 months.

Start private one one one appointments with mentor. 

 

INTERN COACHES facilitate inside the virtual classroom. 

TRAINER APPRENTICES facilitate inside the virtual classroom and also teach our content outside the virtual classroom. 

 Apprentices schedule private 1 on 1 appointments with Miss NebSa

Interns engage Miss NebSa as a group. 

Both Interns and Apprentices can receive stipends for co-coaching. 

Apprentices can get additional work as a substitute teacher or Zoom presenter. 

They  work closely with Miss NebSa to learn how to deliver sales training to other clients.  They get qualified to train vendors through webinars, in class and at festivals
